This is Binko. Binko is a size M clown with a human form and look. His main colors are blue and white, with a rainbow motif added in, and his face markings are not a full paint,but they cover his face and eyes. His nose appears to be of the foam type, with no squeaking capability, and his outfit aesthetic seems to be standard.
