Clown Government

Clown government is a complex system that I plan to enact after becoming president of the entire United States of America. This system involves convincing the entire country that becoming clowns would be beneficial. The plan is simple

• Bring in policies that greatly affect everyone and try not to steer towards either party.
• See which party agrees with my methods.
• Tell my followers to wear clown makeup.
• Make a law enforcing all citizens to wear makeup in my second term.
• Commit no war crimes and be helpful to the country, while also wearing clown makeup.
• Endorse Bernie Sanders once I leave.

Clown-based government might not be for everyone. I will make it good for everyone. Clown government is not optional, and I intend to make this fact known.
